Newer Employees Must Receive Proper Training

Any time you're starting a new job, your hope is that you'll receive the proper training in order to do that job properly, precisely...and most importantly...safely.

Unfortunately, too many employers just throw their new hires into the mix and just hope for the best. At the most, the employers rely on other employees (who may also have never been properly trained) to train the newer workers.

When this occurs...accidents happen.

A donut worker, who had been on the job for about three weeks, was reaching down below the conveyor belt to retrieve fallen donuts when his hand got stuck between the belt and chain.

His hand & fingers were severely injured and will be out of work for quite some time.

We're guessing that there was a failure along the way to properly train this employee on the proper safety precautions.

If you have been injured while on the job, call us at 515-225-4485. Eric, Randy, and Sarah are ready and willing to sit down with you and go over your claim.

Together, we can find the best route to take to make sure you receive all your rightful compensation. It's our job to fight for's your job to recover from the injuries you've sustained at the workplace.
