Hurt While in the "Course of Your Duties"?

Can you imagine going about your normal workday...and then 1000 pounds of rebar comes crashing down upon you?

Unfortunately for three construction workers, this was the case.  They were on their job site, then, without warning, a rebar tower fell on them. All three workers sustained major injuries that will keep them out of work for quite some time.

Being out of work not only takes, of course, the physical toll...but also a mental, emotional, and financial toll. Yes, the financial toll might seem superficial, but let's not kid ourselves...in today's world, having a flow of income is incredibly important.

Eric, Randy, and Sarah have worked with injured workers time and time again to ensure that their rights are being upheld. You the worker are rightfully due compensation for the injuries you suffer while on the job...whether they be freak accidents or not.

We hear from clients all the time that their employer offered them a "deal" for their injuries, and they were shocked to discover how little the employer offered them, and how in many instances, the employer was in direct violation of the workers' rights.

Don't settle for what your employer offers you...you have rights, and we're here to help!
