Too Many Employers Feel They Can Skirt the Rules

We don't understand run a company, you have pride in your product, yet, you continually fail to protect your hard-working employees? It's baffling, and we'll never figure out why employers act that way.

Too many times, we see employers continue to put their employees in harm's way. Despite multiple incidents, the employer fails to act in a practical manner.

In just the past month, one company has suffered two major accidents...resulting in one worker being pinned due to a forklift accident, and another employee who nearly lost fingers after getting them caught in a torque gun.

This company has had far too many incidents for us to count, yet, still, accidents happen on a scarily routine basis. Something must be done to protect these employees...before the worst of accidents occurs.

When we sit down with clients, we hear much of the same thing. They'll tell us that they told a supervisor of a possible danger, but nothing was ever done to enact proper safety measures. This is unacceptable.

If you've been injured while on the job, call Eric, Randy, and Sarah at 515-225-4485. We'll fight for you...fight for your rights, and ensure you receive your full & rightful compensation!
