Is It Fair? Unfortunately no.

Many of our clients tell us time and time again how "in the dark" they were after suffering a work-related accident. They tell us that their employer told them very little (if anything)...and no one seemed to be on their side. No one from the company was there to guide them...and for many of them, they felt like they were being punished for suffering an injury while on the job.

Any employee...especially an injured employee....should NEVER be treated or made to feel that way. Employers are well-known to go silent after an accident at the workplace occurs. They're looking to duck-and-run and avoid any sort of conversation that might involve paying you your well-earned & RIGHTFUL compensation.

We at Loney & Schueller stand for you...and we stand for your rights. We know these tactics employers try and pull on you.

Is it fair? Absolutely not. After you put in the time, effort, and commitment into your job, you'd feel as "Well, certainly my employer just wouldn't leave me to the side after being injured", but it happens. We wish we could wave the magic wand and make employers realize how unjust that is...but instead, we'll continue fighting for you every step of the way.

If you've been injured while on the job, call Eric, Randy, and Sarah 515-225-4485. Let us fight for you...and ensure you get your well-earned compensation!
