Construction Worker Seriously Injured After Concrete Accident

Horrible accidents occur to workers every day....and too many go unnoticed and unattended to by the employer. Imagine this're doing your normal day-to-day routine at work...when you are crushed by a nearly one-ton block of concrete.

Just recently, we found a news article in which a male construction worker in his 50s had to be transported to the hospital with serious injuries after he was crushed by a 2,000-lb piece of concrete.

This sounds absolutely horrible. We can't even imagine the amount of pain this employee felt.

No matter the severity of the injury, it is important that ever worker know his or her rights. Don't assume your employer will let you know of all of your options. 99% of the time, your employer will just let you know of the options that are most convenient...for them. They'll try and sweep your injury under the rug and hope that you don't try to pursue your compensation any further.

We won't let that happen. Call Eric, Randy, and Sarah at 515-225-4485, or visit We will sit down with you and go over your claim with you. We won't speak "legalese" to you either...we'll make sure you are comfortable with every part of the claim. Together, we will find the best route to ensure you the compensation you fully deserve.
