When They Remodel Your Place of Work...

We have a friend who's office building is going through a very lengthy building remodel. He was telling us about this, and then he mentioned that everytime he's been walking into the building, his nose starts running, his voice feels scratchy, and his eyes water.

He told us that there has been an incredible amount of dust that has been whipped up into the air...the paint fumes are always present...and there's just an odd smell throughout the building.

If he's feeling ill due to what's in the building, he should report that to his employer. At the least, some precautions could be taken to help try and ensure his health, but if it continues, he could have a legitimate claim.

Paint fumes...dust...these can eventually/quickly lead to serious health ailments.

When your workplace poses a risk of injury or illness, report the issue, and if it continues, file a claim, and talk to us.

Eric, Randy, and Sarah are ready to sit down with you and fight for your rights. You should never face the risk of injury or health-related issue at the workplace!

We have over 30 years of experience dealing with cases just like yours.

We fight tirelessly to ensure you receive proper compensation for all your injuries. If you've been injured at work, there comes with that not only the physical burden of being injured but also the financial hardship of trying to pay medical bills, as well as the possibility of lost wages.
