Accidents Can Occur Without Warning at the Workplace

Last week in Omaha, a worker was severely injured after a saw he was using to cut a pipe struck him in the face.

It was one of those completely unexpected, unpredictable accidents at the workplace. Even when all the safety measures are followed...precautions are taken...the unexpected can occur.

Especially in an instance like the one mentioned above...even the most skilled worker can not predict when an accident might occur. He may have used that same saw hundreds of times without incidents...but one slip and the unfortunate happens.

If the unforeseeable should happen, the important thing is that you know your rights, and who you can turn to to help.

We'd like to say that you can always turn to your employer for help, but as we have seen far too often, employers will actually try to take advantage of their injured employee by not giving them all their options. Employers & insurance companies, unfortunately, will try to save money where they can, even if it comes at the expense of their own employees.

We won't let that happen. Eric, Randy, and Sarah will fight for you. We want to make sure you are rightfully represented and, in the end, given the compensation that you've rightfully earned...and deserve.

If you've been hurt while on the job...or while performing job-related activities, call us at 515-225-4485, and let us help you get the compensation you deserve and back on the road to recovery!
