Working in Unsafe Conditions Should NEVER Happen

We've all seen the terrible pics and videos coming from Florida surrounding the pedestrian bridge collapse. It's absolutely awful, and it's, frankly, scary that such poorly-constructed bridges are being installed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all those that were injured, and those families that lost loved ones in this terrible accident.

It's still absolutely shocking that so many innocent commuters and workers were put in such a dangerous situation.

More and more reports are coming out saying that cracking was evident prior to the collapse...and that construction workers still continued to work despite the threat of danger.

Far too often, construction workers are put in precarious, unsafe work environments...and even more frightening, employers are knowingly placing workers in unsafe work environments.

We're seeing time and time again that workplace accidents could be prevented if employers took the extra time and care to put up proper safety measures.

If you've been injured while on the job, report the injury, and then call Eric, Randy, and Sarah. We will go over your claim with you and we will work together to find the proper avenue to ensure you receive your full & rightful compensation!

Don't expect your employer to act on your'll be left disappointed. Call Eric, Randy, and Sarah at 515-225-4485.
