The article accurately explains that just a "typical safety program" will never be enough when it comes to maintaining a healthy, safe working environment. 

We've told our clients about this for years and years...that depression can be crippling when it comes to working. 

While depression can lead to work-related injury, the same can be said the other way around...a work-related injury can lead to severe bouts of depression.
