A Typical Safety Program is NOT Enough

You need to read this incredible study that was done proving just how dangerous working while fatigued, depressed, or stressed can be...especially if you're a woman. The article accurately explains that just a "typical safety program" will never be enough when it comes to maintaining a healthy, safe working environment.

We've told our clients about this for years and years...that depression can be crippling when it comes to working.

While depression can lead to work-related injury, the same can be said the other way around...a work-related injury can lead to severe bouts of depression.

If you are an injured Iowa worker suffering from diagnosed depression as a result of your workplace accident, you may be entitled to receive medical treatment and therapy, as well as a disability wage settlement, through your employer's workers' compensation insurance coverage.

Employers need to fully grasp the importance of making sure that not only is the job site safe physically...but also mentally and emotionally.

If you've been injured on the job...or still feeling the terrible after-effects from an injury, call Eric, Randy, and Sarah at 515-225-4485. Let us sit down with you, go over your claim, and then fight vigorously for you and your rights!
