You Can Easily See Why Accidents Involving Falling Equipment Have Increased

Falling equipment and falls are two of the biggest injury risks an employee can face while on the job site.

We constantly have clients who have fallen...or have had a piece of work equipment...fall on them.

Take a drive through downtown Des Moines a.k.a. the current "Crane Capital of the World", and you'll see giant beams being swung around from cranes, workers high atop structures carrying large pieces of's not a surprise that the risk of injury is heightened.

We find that all-too-often that these accidents could have been prevented had the employer done what was required, and ensured that the job site was safe for their employees.

If you have been injured while on the job or doing a job-related activity, you are eligible for workers' compensation. It's imperative that you know your company's policy, but as we've seen far too often, sometimes those policies are filled with exceptions that have been put in to try and keep your employer from being liable.

If you've been injured at work, call Eric, Randy, and Sarah at 515-225-4485. The worst thing you could do is wait and hope the company will take care of you. They won't...we will. We will fight for rights to make sure you get the proper compensation.
