Faulty Machinery Can Cause Major Injury

Just recently, we found a story of a worker at a recycling plant, who was going about his normal workday, when all of a sudden he felt a sharp jolt. Investigators are now looking into what happened with the machine he was using at the time. One of theories is that the machine had not been properly maintained over malfunctioned...and electrocuted the employee.

Too many times, employers neglect to inspect the equipment their employees use on a regular basis. They have a mindset of "Well, it worked fine yesterday...and the day before it'll be fine today".

Time goes on...neglect continues...and eventually, the equipment gives out...and it'll happen at the expense of the employee's safety.

If you have been injured while on the job, don't assume that your employer & insurance company is going to look out for your best interest. In the end, they might look to short-change you in order to save themselves from spending any more money.

Who will look out for you? We will. Call Eric, Randy, and Sarah at 515-225-4485 or visit us at We care about the worker...and fight vigorously to make sure that proper compensation is awarded. Employers & insurance companies don't like hearing from us...and we're fine with's YOU that we care about.

Don't go through the process on your own...don't get frustrated....let us at Loney & Schueller help you!
