Worker Saved by a Very Unlikely Hero

While this employee did suffer some injuries due to his fall...his life was possibly saved by a very unlikely hero.

A construction worker survived after falling eight stories from the Gaylord Hotel project near Denver International Airport.

Firefighters credit a port-a-potty for cushioning his fall. They say the plumber is lucky he fell onto the port-a-potty and not the ground.

The man was rushed to the hospital.

The company he works for says he's due for a follow-up surgery but is expected to make a full recovery.

While still suffering a significant injury, this worker luckily survived this harrowing fall.

If you've been injured in a fall at the workplace, contact Eric, Randy, and Sarah at 515-225-4485. We will go over your claim with you and help determine the proper course to ensure you get your rightful compensation.

Falls can not only result in short-term injuries, but many of those injuries lead to debilitating health effects later in life. A fall can cause a back injury which can linger for years...which may result in the injured employee from never fully being able to do his job properly.

All of these factors must be taken into consideration to ensure you get your rightful compensation. We at Loney & Schueller are ready to help you...and ready to fight for your rights.
