Absurdly High Injury Rates in Certain Fields of Work

A recent survey from New York acknowledged that nearly 2/3 of dairy workers had been injured while on the job. Of those injuries, a majority of them were severe enough that workers had to miss considerable time at work.

To put it simply...that's unacceptable, but, unfortunately, all too common.

There are certain fields of work where work-related injury rates are through the roof, yet, employers fail and fail again to do anything about it. There's no talk of enhanced safety measures, worker safety programs...nothing like that. It's as if the employers feel content with the idea of putting their workers at constant risk.

Due to an employer's negligence, injuries at the workplace will continue to happen...and to put it bluntly, that's not fair. It's not fair to all the hard workers out there who put themselves in unneeded risk just so they can do their job properly.

We know how to deal with these negligent employers...these employers who think it's perfectly acceptable to disregard workers' rights.

If you've been injured while on the job, call Eric, Randy, and Sarah at 515-225-4485. We'll sit down with you, and together we can determine a proper path to ensure you receive your full and rightful compensation. We have fought (and won) vigorously for countless workers, and are ready to do the same for you.
