No Matter the Profession, Injuries Can Occur

From working at construction sites...working in factories...doing office work...injuries can happen at any workplace...including wineries.

We recently ran across an article where an employee at a winery was run over by a harvester, which resulted in serious injuries.

You might think, well, I work in an office building...I spend 90% of my day at my desk...I'm not really at risk of ever being injured. We wish that could be true...but think of how you feel at the end of the day.

Do you feel strain on your eyes? Do your wrists hurt? Are you suffering headaches?

Not all injuries at the workplace are of the "falling off ladders", or "something fell on me" variety. There are smaller injuries that you may not notice at first, but over time, the injury worsens and worsens. You may think it's just "hazards of the job"...but when in actuality, it's a real hazard.

If you feel your job is affecting your health, then you must speak up. There are repetitive trauma injuries that can occur, and over the course of time, the injury will continue to become more and more debilitating.

We are ready to help you. Eric, Randy, and Sarah want you to receive your full and rightful compensation for the injuries you experience at the workplace.

Your job should never be causing you harm...and you have rights that protect you in the event that it does. We urge you to exercise those rights...and when you do, know that you'll have us in your corner.

Call Eric, Randy, and Sarah at 515-225-4485.
