Tomorrow night is our annual Loney & Schueller Christmas Office Party and it's always a great time.
We know that this weekend will be filled with a wide array of fun office get-togethers...but what happens if you're injured while at the company holiday party?
If the party is a "requirement" of the job, as in, your boss asked you to attend, then then injury would fall under the course and scope of the workers' compensation policy. This holds true if it's a non-employee who gets injured too (a spouse, friend, etc).
