A Brooklyn construction worker was critically injured Friday afternoon when a cinderblock fell on his head at a work site, police said.
The 1:30 p.m. accident happened on Eastern Parkway near Dean St. in Ocean Hill. Police said the 44-year-old worker was rushed to Brookdale University Hospital with severe trauma.
Police said the cinderblock fell about 5 feet before striking him.
